Terms of Service

Deposits:

  • A Non-Refundable booking fee of $50 is required to hold your booking.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go towards the total cost of service.

Remaining Balance:

  • The remaining balance is paid on the day of the procedure.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Must be done within 48 hours of appointment booking.

  • If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of booking time, Restored in Ink will retain the booking fee.

  • Clients that would like to reschedule within 48 hours’ notice may transfer deposit to another appointment time within one month of original appointment without penalty. This is allowed one time only.

  • If rescheduling with less than the 48-hour notice, your service will be charged in full in advance.

No call or no show:

  • Client will be billed a $75 fee to the card on file. If client chooses to reschedule, a new deposit is required.

Lateness:

  • Appointment times are set aside for our clients and require a certain amount of time. If clients arrive more than 15 minutes late service time may be canceled.

  • These procedures take time. To ensure a quiet and calm atmosphere, please leave children and pets at home. We also ask that you do not bring guests.

We reserve the right to refuse our services. Prices are subject to change at any time.
